As a chartered accountant, he brings experience from previous roles, having worked locally and in the UK in mergers and acquisitions, as well as investment banking with firms such as SG Hambros, PWC, Nomura, and Standard Bank South Africa.
Prior to Lesaka, Dan was an investment partner at Value Capital Partners, Lesaka’s largest shareholder, and served on the boards of JSE-listed, PPC Limited and ADvTECH Limited.
