Prior to joining Lesaka, she spent 15 years at ENS, where she was a Partner in the Corporate Commercial department. Her experience spans complex local and cross-border transactions across multiple African and international jurisdictions, covering the full M&A lifecycle, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, drafting and regulatory processes.
Monique has also contributed academically as a co-presenter for an advanced company law module to final-year law students at Stellenbosch University.
